Blogger Ad Campaign For Terri

Dear Terri Supporters:

Hundreds of supporters are writing to me everyday asking how they can help Terri.

Here is one way.

BlogsForTerri are the combined efforts of over two hundred bloggers who have come to the front lines in an effort to help save Terri's life. Together they have begun a massive campaign effort to bring national attention to Terri's plight via publications and media.

How so?

BlogsForTerri ( www.bloggerspotforterri.com ) has begun taking out advertisements in major newspapers and magazines. Their legitimate efforts are being generated by the funds collected to run ads in the Tampa Tribune and hopefully next week in USA Today. The funds are being collected by the Brothers of Peace. This campaign effort has been very successful at getting the word out as quickly as possible on behalf of Terri. (see blogsforterri below)

What can you do to help?

Under normal circumstances, you would never receive an email from me asking you to contribute to fund raising efforts. However, considering how time is of the essence and there being only 16 days left before Terri will face the wrath of Michael's efforts to starve and dehydrate her, I ask you to please consider joining this effort which will fund a public awareness campaign.

The Brothers of Peace have established a fund solely to pay for this campaign. Your help is needed to meet this Thursday's deadline which will assure run the ad runs on March 10th, 7 days prior to Terri's tube being pulled. Please See Details Below.

Other things that can help.

BlogsForTerri Prepares For USA Today Ad

The BlogsForTerri ad campaign continues....

Having just completed our first fire across the bow of the mainstream media via our BlogsforTerri ad in the Tampa Tribune, we are now preparing to place an ad in the "USA Today" on Friday week. That day has been chosen for both maximum readership and also timing within the narrow window of opportunity to contribute to the growing grassroots campaign at the nation-wide level to save Terri.

Several groups have already expressed an interest in joining with BlogsForTerri by co-sponsoring the ad that is expected to cost almost $20,000. We have already contacted USA Today and are working with the Schindler Media office and others, to prepare the content and layout of the ad. BlogsForTerri expects to be prepared to raise about one-third of the total cost.

Blogs are encouraged to help get the word out. Pledges are requested immediately in order to be prepared for the placement of the ad next Tuesday for the Friday, March 15, just three days before Judge Greer has scheduled Terri's execution to begin.

In related news on the BlogsForTerri campaign to draw attention to Terri's plight, we were interviewed by a journalist with the New York Times over the weekend. Details will be released on the interview by the NYT sometime in the next two weeks when the article is expected to run that weekend in one of their weekend features.

I think what you are doing is amazing. I look up to you as a moral human being, and a Registered Nurse, considering I am a Student Nurse and begin clinicals tomorrow. (soo scared). Anyway, I joined a local forum and brought up the situation with Terri and people are all over me with terrible comments. I won't back down, her life is worth fighting for.

OMG, I am praying and praying for Terri and her family.
I wonder how much Michael is PAYING the judge to allow him to KILL Terri ? This is totally wrong. I wonder how hard it would be to email George Bush (President) to help. Maybe if enough of us do that, he might just listen. I hope that someone inflects the same treatment on this miserable judge as he is going to put onto Terri. OMG, this is horrible. Tons of prayers sent that way for the family and Terri. I hope Terri haunts this judge for all the days he is alive.

On Good Friday I made a comment which has somehow been expunged. It was to the effect that Terri is a rallying call for all who support the Right to Life as claimed for us in the Declaration of Independence. The irrosion of Law as a protector of Life is the direct result of abortion on demand and other apostate socialist policies.

We are fighting one of the largest industries in Florida if not the United States. It is the nursing home industry of Florida; along with the Florida judicial, lawyer, and medical insurance industry – all fed by the lucrative, Medicare and Medicaid programs. With the tremendous number of Medicare and Medicaid case in Florida and not enough people to track and monitor them, this is a ripe area for cases, like Terri’s, to fall through the cracks into fraud - just like Terri’s. This industry is so strong and powerful it can override any desire from even the Governor to save Terri.

I do not believe this is a right to die issue. I believe this is an issue of the right for this Florida industry to continue to secretly, monetarily abuse all people who come to Florida to retire, as well the rest of us in the United States who pay for Medicare and Medicaid.

How to stop it? Stop going to Florida to retire. Stop putting our elderly and disabled in Florida nursing home warehouses to die. Most of the Florida nursing homes and/or hospices are abominable. Retire to any other state than Florida. Even Texas is better than Florida – and it has fewer hurricanes.

Stop retiring to Florida. Stop supporting Florida. Been there. Done that. It is not worth it.

I was expecting something very very different when I visited your blog site. Well I think the information on this blog is very useful. I have my own blog and I wish I got half as many useful comments as your blog site does. Anyways, I am a substitute teacher at a local elementary school and I am always doing research on various topics of interest. This weeks area relates 75% to your blog. I already bookmarked your blog for future use. If you want my information I will leave my link at the bottom of this. If you dont mind I will add my comments to this blog topic once in awhile. Although most of the time I just like to read and see what other peoples thoughts are! (hey I am a teacher!)
Thanks again!how to find old life insurance policy.
